Recorded live at Godfrey Daniels, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1985. This was Karl's first recording and launched "It's a Pleasure To Know You," the song Sing Out! called "a folk classic."

This reissue also includes three other songs recorded that evening in 1985 and not included on the original LP: "Size 13 Blues", "If You're Gonna Do It Do It Right," and "You're So Good To Me."
